Vials and Vials

I’m not saying this is related to the image I am posting but, I find it interesting that some of the earliest English translations of Revelation 16 have the word for “bowls” as “vials”.

And remember, these vials/bowls being poured out are considered plagues. “plēgē” – a stroke ; by implication a wound ; figuratively a calamity: – plague. It comes from “plēssō” which is another form of “plassō” – to mould, that is, shape or fabricate: – form. “plēssō” – to inflict with (calamity), (through the idea of flattening out). Remember how they keep saying “FLATTEN THE CURVE”. They have no idea they are about to be FLATTENED themselves.

Revelation 21:7-9
He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had >>>the seven vials full of the seven last plagues<<<, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb’s wife.
